Israeli Turkish Coffee by ELITE
The best Turkish Coffee, still produced by the exact same blend for the past 6 decades.

Preparation Instructions:
Boiled Turkish Coffee - For each small cup of water in pot, add 1.5-2 heaped tea-spoons of coffee and bring to boil over a small flame while stiring from time to time. The moment the coffee starts to boil (the liquid solution will start to rise in the pot), immediately lift pot from flame (otherwise to coffee will burn). Add suger slowly now (quantity depending on how sweet you prefer your coffee) and stir. Wait about 30 second before drinking to allow coffee particles to sink to bottom of glass and ENJOY!!!
"Mud" Turkish Coffee - Add 1.5-2 heaped tea-spoons of coffee to 1 small cup of boilled water. Add suger slowly now (quantity depending on how sweet you prefer your coffee) and stir. Wait about 30 second before drinking to allow coffee particles to sink to bottom of glass and ENJOY!!!
