Lemon Grass Pure Honey - Honey from the Land of Milk and Honey. A tasty and super healthy pure honey, produced in Israel from nectars of local Israeli wild flowers, from 4,000 hives located in the Galilee area, Jerusalem, the Golan heights and many other locations in the Holy Land.

The tradition of producing tasty and healthy pure honey in Kibbutz Yad Mordechai, (a Kibbutz in southern Israel near the small city of Sderot, one of the cities that are constantly under Kasam bomb attacks from the Gaza Strip), began in 1936, with the establishment of the Kibbutz. The founders were taught how to make pure honey from the Australian soldiers that were stationed in Israel at that time. This lovely pure honey apiary has been developing ever since and is today the leading and largest pure honey producer in Israel with over four thousand bee hives scattered throughout the Israel and operated using the most advanced methods in the world. 

Yad Mordechai offers its consumers pure honey products from a variety of nectar sources, special beehive products and honeys in various flavors.
